ANew York based producer has reportedly filed a $2 million lawsuit against 50 Cent, Lil Kim, Atlantic Records and Rotten Apple Records for failing to pay royalties for his work on the song “Magic Stick.”According to the Associated Press, Carlos Evans, also known as Fantom of the Beat, claims that Rotten Apple contracted him on January 2003 to produce, engineer and mix “Magic Stick”, for a $7,500 advance and royalties for working on track.
